Business Process Engineer

Pozotron is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our development team. Our small but growing development team, based in Ukraine, is dedicated to creating incredible technology for audio production. The Business Process Engineer will be an instrumental part of our team, focusing on designing, documenting and implementing business processes for our users.

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis 
• Experience with gathering requirements/feedbacks from users
• Experience with modelling of existing business processes
• Experience with designing from scratch/improving business processes 
• Experience with creating detailed design documents
• Experience with formal notations, including UML, LDS and BPM
• Experience with data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering
• Some knowledge of statistics and customer surveying techniques
• Some understanding of databases and experience in writing SQL queries
• Some knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Some experience in QA
