Linkbuilding Specialist

We are looking for a Senior / Mid-Level Linkbuilding Specialist to independently manage off-page SEO across the Netherlands, UK, LATAM, and other regions.

You will own the full linkbuilding cycle: donor research, outreach, negotiations, placements, and contractor management. This role requires strong regional understanding, structured execution, and full ownership of results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies for NL, UK, LATAM, and other regions.
  • Research and qualify relevant donor websites (authority, traffic, geo, risk profile).
  • Run manual outreach campaigns and negotiate placements (guest posts, niche edits, contextual links).
  • Manage relationships with publishers and maintain a structured donor database.
  • Work with contractors/agencies on additional link types (crowd, directories, PR, etc.) and control quality.
  • Track budgets, cost per link, and performance by region.
  • Report on acquired links, quality metrics, and impact on rankings/traffic.
  • Prepare detailed content briefs (TORs) for guest posts and link placements.
  • Organize and monitor link performance analytics (indexation, anchor distribution, traffic impact, ranking changes).
  • Own and report on KPIs, including the number of acquired links per region and per month.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on linkbuilding experience.
  • Experience with international markets (NL, UK, LATAM, and other regions is a strong plus).
  • Strong donor evaluation skills (Ahrefs/SEMrush, DR, traffic, relevance, spam signals).
  • Proven outreach and negotiation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage link pipelines at scale across multiple regions.
  • Strong ownership mindset and structured reporting skills.
  • Experience with automated outreach tools and email sequencing platforms

KPIs / Performance Indicators:

  • Timely closure of the monthly link acquisition plan for at least 2 consecutive months.
  • Achieving agreed monthly link volume targets per region.
  • Maintaining target cost-per-link benchmarks.
  • Ensuring link quality standards (DR, traffic, geo relevance)
