Position: Fractional Growth & Revenue Leader / Commercial Strategist at K&K Media

Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)

Format: project-based (long-term collaboration)

Working hours: Part-time 5-20 hours per week.
Flexible schedule. Core communication window: 13:00/14:00 – 22:00/00:00 (Kyiv time)


We are a performance-driven Performance Marketing agency operating in Tier-1 markets, focused primarily on the US.
We deliver mid-ticket B2B services with a strong focus on scalable growth.

We are looking for a strategic-level specialist who can rebuild and strengthen our positioning, offer architecture, and revenue communication system for the US market.

This is not an operational marketing role and not a PR/SMM position.
We need a strategist who thinks in terms of perception, differentiation, conversion logic, and revenue design
 

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Positioning & Messaging Architecture

  • Refining ICP and market focus
  • Defining differentiation in the US market
  • Clarifying category positioning
  • Building messaging hierarchy
  • Articulating a clear and compelling value proposition

2. Offer Design & Value Engineering

  • Developing core and irresistible offers
  • Structuring value stacking
  • Defining unique mechanisms
  • Supporting price logic and perceived value

3. Conversion & Funnel Strategy

  • Designing VSL structure and key scripts
  • Building website messaging logic as a conversion system
  • Preparing clear strategic briefs for:
    • Website copy
    • LinkedIn outreach messaging
    • Social content direction
    • Sales scripts

This role is focused on strategy and system design.
Execution (content production, posting, etc.) is handled separately.
 

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist with proven experience in:

  • US B2B market (Tier-1)
  • Agencies and/or B2B SaaS
  • High-ticket or mid-to-high ticket services
  • Building positioning and offers for revenue-driven businesses
  • You must have hands-on experience in positioning, offer development, and revenue architecture - not just general marketing background
  • English B2/C1+ with clear communication
     

Nice to have

• Working with growth-focused companies (experience with 7–8 figure businesses is a strong plus)

• Fixed monthly payment in USD (Wise/Payoneer/Binance)
• Flexible part-time. Primary communication window (full-time team) is 13:00/14:00–22:00/00:00 (Kyiv)
• Fully remote; team primarily in Ukraine/Europe/Armenia/Azerbaijan/Georgia (English/Russian-speaking internal communication)
 

Selection process:

• Text screening with recruiter
• Final interview with recruiter and company founders
Depending on the situation, the interview process may consist of one or two stages. No test tasks
