Middle Product Owner / Business Analyst
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join the Web Scribble product development team. You will be responsible for turning product strategy into clear, actionable work for the engineering team and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with practical execution and delivery skills and enjoys working closely with developers.
What You Will Do
Backlog & Flow Management
- Own and maintain a shared Kanban backlog
- Break down features into clear user stories
- Define detailed acceptance criteria
- Ensure stories meet “ready” criteria before development
- Manage WIP limits together with the team
Requirements & Analysis
- Closely work with Product Manager and Customer Support team to identify client problems and design a proper solutions
- Clarify business requirements and edge cases to transform them into a good set of Epics and task for development team
- Model business processes and workflows and update product related documentation
- Be responsible for Definition of Ready for the work taken into development
- Define data structures and business rules together with Development Leads
- Collaborate with QA on test scenarios and expected results for increasing product quality
Validate delivered functionality against requirements
Delivery Support
- Provide daily clarifications to the development team and customer success
- Participate and lead grooming and estimation sessions
- Manage dev team focus and track lead time and cycle time metrics
- Manage and support release coordination, planning, documentation and communication
Perform monthly retrospective meetings
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Manager and other Stakeholders to understand priorities and business context
- Work closely with Customer Support team to be sure that all clients’ requests are completed and executed on time
- Daily work with developers, QA, and stakeholders to be sure that everything is running as expected and will be delivered on time
Identify risks related to requirements and delivery and communicate them to stakeholders and provide mitigation plans
What We Expect
- 2+ years experience as BA / PO, or similar role in a product team around 10+ persons
- English language level Upper intermediate
- Strong experience of using Jira, Notion, Miro, Slack
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, data flows)
- Ability to create UML and Flow diagrams for processes and data flows description
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong experience of work in remote first environment
- Ability to work independently
- Experience of using AI tools in day to day activities
- Experience working in Kanban or Agile environments as PO
- Analytical mindset and attention to details
- Ability to work with multiple products and priorities
- Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a flexible environment and excellent time management skills

- Experience with SaaS or Platform products
- Experience in multi‑product environments
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Project management or project delivery experience
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics tracking
