Recruitment Team lead

Now, we’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to build and scale a predictable, high-quality hiring engine that supports our ambitious growth plans.
This is a critical leadership role.You won’t just “manage recruiters.” You will design the recruitment system that powers company growth.
What You’ll Own:
1) Hiring Execution & Predictability
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual hiring plans across business units
- Ensure predictable time-to-hire and workload balance
- Manage recruitment capacity, priorities, and risk escalation
- Drive performance across internal recruiters and sourcers
- Partner closely with HRD and business leaders on workforce planning

2) Recruitment Systems & Quality
- Design and maintain structured hiring processes
- Implement standardized intake, evaluation, and feedback frameworks
- Lead calibration sessions with hiring managers
- Reduce subjectivity and improve quality of hire
- Train leaders on interviewing and decision-making
Your outcome: consistent hiring standards across the company.
3) Talent Strategy & Channels
- Build proactive sourcing strategies
- Develop referral programs and talent pipelines
- Map talent markets for key roles
- Optimize agency partnerships and reduce dependency over time
- Ensure cost-effective hiring without compromising quality
Your outcome: strong talent pipeline with controlled cost per hire.
4) Data & Performance Analytics
- Own recruitment funnel metrics and dashboards
- Analyze conversion rates, bottlenecks, and delays
- Improve offer acceptance rate and reduce early attrition
- Build recruitment transparency through data
Your outcome: recruitment becomes measurable and scalable.
5) Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Ensure high-quality, respectful candidate communication
- Maintain fast and transparent feedback cycles
- Reduce escalations and negative candidate experiences
- Partner with C&B on competitive offers
Your outcome: strong reputation in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- 1–2+ years leading recruiters or building hiring processes
- Experience working with multiple hiring managers simultaneously
- Strong data orientation (TTH, conversion rates, cost per hire)
- Experience working with agencies and negotiating terms
- Experience building recruitment frameworks (not just executing them)
- Excellent English (C1+)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in AdTech, Performance Marketing, or high-growth tech companies
- Built hiring systems from scratch
- Worked in a scaling environment
