Head of Marketing, Marketing Lead (Ecommerce)

SOLMAR is a Ukrainian womenswear brand focused on timeless essentials that combine comfort, versatility, and modern style. We are actively expanding into the U.S. market and building a strong ecommerce presence for international growth.
 

We are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead SOLMAR’s expansion in the United States. This role is responsible for building and scaling the full marketing function with a strong focus on performance. You will own the marketing strategy for the U.S. market, manage budgets and build a high performing team.
 

What you’ll do: 

• Build and execute channel and promotion strategies for the U.S. market.
• Improve website conversion rate and lead CRO initiatives based on data and testing.
• Analyze Shopify data and optimize the full customer journey.
• Own key metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and MER.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure profitable growth.
• Oversee paid media, email marketing, and retention strategy.
• Align marketing with product launches and inventory planning.
  
  Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce or B2C projects.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience with paid media, retention, and customer acquisition channels.
• Experience managing marketing budgets from $5,000 per day.
• Strong analytical skills and confident work with performance metrics and forecasting.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a marketing team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align teams around clear goals and strategy.
