Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will become the company’s operational backbone and the strategic right hand to the COO. This role is focused on building scalable systems, improving cross-functional coordination, and implementing performance evaluation and accountability processes.

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can confidently move from strategy to execution.

Location: Dubai | Hybrid Format

What You Will Own:

1. Build the Execution Engine

  • Design and implement a unified company-wide task management framework

  • Establish accountability architecture across all departments

  • Remove bottlenecks before they become structural risks

  • Introduce scalable process standards that preserve speed

2. Make Performance Systematic

  • Build and roll out a structured performance management system

  • Define measurable KPIs with department heads

  • Implement OKR (or similar) frameworks to align execution with strategy

  • Establish consistent performance tracking cycles

3. Align Departments Around Strategy

As companies scale, misalignment becomes expensive.

You will:

  • Structure recurring cross-functional coordination

  • Reduce ambiguity in ownership

  • Align team priorities with company-level objectives

  • Create visibility across the organization

4. Institutionalize Knowledge

Growth without documentation doesn’t scale.

  • Develop internal policies, SOPs, and operational playbooks

  • Build documentation architecture that evolves with headcount

  • Ensure clarity as the company scales beyond 100 employees

5. Multiply the COO

You will act as the COO’s operational counterpart.

  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives

  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects

  • Absorb operational complexity

  • Enable the COO to focus on growth and partnerships

Who You Are:

  • You think in systems, not tasks

  • You are comfortable introducing structure where ambiguity exists

  • You combine analytical rigor with practical execution

  • You are resilient and comfortable in high-growth environments

  • You can challenge leadership constructively

  • You move ideas from the whiteboard to implementation

You likely have operated in a 30–100 person startup environment and helped bring order to scaling chaos.

Requirements :

  • 2-5 years in Operations / Business Operations / Chief of Staff or similar roles

  • Experience scaling a team from ~30 to 100 employees

  • Proven track record building internal systems in high-growth environments

  • Hands-on experience with task management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Jira, etc.)

  • Strong familiarity with KPI frameworks (OKRs or similar)

  • Experience implementing performance management cycles

  • Strong process design and analytical capabilities

  • High ownership mindset and execution discipline

  • English - C1

  • Ukrainian or Russian - C1

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

  • A fully adopted company-wide execution framework

  • Transparent ownership and measurable KPIs across departments

  • A predictable, structured performance review cycle

  • Clear process documentation for core operations

  • Significant reduction in cross-team friction

  • The COO operating at strategic level, not firefighting

Why Reelly AI?

  • Direct influence on company architecture

  • Close collaboration with executive leadership

  • High visibility and ownership

  • Real pathway toward senior leadership (COO trajectory)

  • Opportunity to build operational infrastructure in an AI-driven company
