Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will become the company’s operational backbone and the strategic right hand to the COO. This role is focused on building scalable systems, improving cross-functional coordination, and implementing performance evaluation and accountability processes.
This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can confidently move from strategy to execution.
Location: Dubai | Hybrid Format
What You Will Own:
1. Build the Execution Engine
Design and implement a unified company-wide task management framework
Establish accountability architecture across all departments
Remove bottlenecks before they become structural risks
Introduce scalable process standards that preserve speed
2. Make Performance Systematic
Build and roll out a structured performance management system
Define measurable KPIs with department heads
Implement OKR (or similar) frameworks to align execution with strategy

Growth without documentation doesn’t scale.
Develop internal policies, SOPs, and operational playbooks

5. Multiply the COO
You will act as the COO’s operational counterpart.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives
Lead high-impact cross-functional projects
Absorb operational complexity
Enable the COO to focus on growth and partnerships
Who You Are:
You think in systems, not tasks
You are comfortable introducing structure where ambiguity exists
You combine analytical rigor with practical execution
You are resilient and comfortable in high-growth environments
You can challenge leadership constructively
You move ideas from the whiteboard to implementation
You likely have operated in a 30–100 person startup environment and helped bring order to scaling chaos.
