About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Analyst to join a fast-growing Salesforce-native lending platform project.

In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery, working closely with lenders and brokers to design, configure, and optimize solutions that support the full lending lifecycle - from origination to funding and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and gather detailed business requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create process maps and configuration documentation
• Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams
• Support and participate in UAT validation
• Act as the main point of contact during implementations
• Advise existing customers on system improvements and enhancements
• Conduct product demonstrations aligned with business goals
• Validate end-to-end solutions before release
• Support change management and continuous platform improvement

We Expect:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Salesforce projects
• Experience with complex Salesforce-native applications or managed packages
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, Lightning components)
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in the EST time zone

Nice to Have:

• Lending or financial services industry experience
• Experience working with lenders, brokers, or fintech companies
• Salesforce certifications
