Middle Product Manager

Softsich is a fast-growing international technology company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager (Funnel & Growth) who will be responsible for the effectiveness of the main funnel for several brands and contribute to measurable business growth through in-depth product analysis and effective implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement and optimization of the primary funnel (Click → Registration → Trial → ect).
• KPI discipline management for multiple brands.
• Performing advanced funnel diagnostics and identifying growth points.
• Segmenting performance by brand/GEO/traffic source.
• Monitoring daily conversion metrics and responding quickly to anomalies.
• Conducting structured anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
• Assessing volume impact and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
• Forming data for a data-driven roadmap.
• Transforming business needs into ready-to-implement specifications.
• Working with A/B logic, testing hypotheses, and post-release analysis.
• Working effectively in a multi-project environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Funnel Diagnostics (Click → Reg → Try → ect).
• Experience with segmentation by Brand / GEO / Traffic Source.
• Ability to assess volume impact and prioritize by business value.
• Experience in anomaly detection and structured deviation analysis.
• Proven ability to write delivery-ready specifications.
• Experience working with KPIs, A/B testing logic, and post-release analytics.
• Experience in multi-brand or multi-project environments.
