We’re expanding our horizons and have decided to build a new venture in the Mental Health niche. Our mission is to build a product that helps people find peace in chaos, build resilience, and live fulfilling, balanced lives.

Working with us as a User Acquisition Manager, you will be able to freely implement the most ambitious ideas and plans and directly influence the results not only of your field but also of the business in general.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various paid marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and more;
- Develop, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI;
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, forming well-informed perspectives on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements;
- Optimize resource allocation by refining campaigns based on data-driven insights from A/B tests and other analytics;
- Work closely with the creative team to create and approve creative and promotional assets;
- Conduct marketing and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for buying and scaling advertising channels;
About you:
- 3+ years in a similar position in user acquisition or performance marketing, with proven success in managing significant advertising budgets;
- Strong analytical abilities, experience with A/B testing, and a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation;
- Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads;
- Experience with user acquisition for mobile apps and web funnels;
- English level Intermediate or higher;
- Ability to work and analyze data using AppsFlyer, Tableau;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills driven by a creative and analytical mindset.
