Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer who will be responsible for creating and refining video creatives for advertising campaigns.

This position is for you if you want to develop your skills in advertising video production, performance-driven creatives, and see the impact of your work on campaign results.

Who are we?

We are a team with over 8 years of experience in traffic purchasing and monetization. In recent years, we have been actively developing our own mobile applications (Android/iOS). Video is an important part of our advertising funnel, so we are strengthening our motion design team and looking for a specialist who understands the logic of advertising creatives, not just the technical side of editing.

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience as a motion designer/video editor
• Experience working with advertising creatives
• Experience using AI tools to speed up editing
• Understanding of editing principles, composition, and video rhythm
• Ability to work with short video formats (TikTok/Reels/Ads)
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Ability to implement the scriptwriter's ideas and adapt them to the platform format
• Independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick edits

Your tasks:

• Editing creative videos for advertising sources
• Trimming, adding animation, special effects, text, and sounds
• Implementing scripts and ideas in the form of finished videos
• Automating editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts, and AI tools
• Adapting videos to different formats and platform requirements
• Making quick edits and refinements based on test results
• Working in conjunction with the team (scriptwriters, 2 artists, sound designers)
