Administrative Operations Manager (Affiliate Marketing)
Our client is a world leading affiliate marketing event brand operating across international markets. We move fast, work closely with partners worldwide, and are part of the wider industry ecosystem.
We’re now looking for a hands-on, high-energy Administrator to work closely with Managing Director and help keep the engine running smoothly. Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry is a must.
What you’ll be doing:
• Working day-to-day with the Managing Director to organise priorities, schedules, and information flow
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and updates across commercial and operational teams
• Keeping CRM, pipelines, reports, and trackers accurate and up to date
• Coordinating communication across sales, affiliate, and partnership teams
• Preparing admin materials such as summaries, reports, notes, and formatted presentations
• Making sure follow-ups happen and nothing gets missed
(No deal ownership. No execution or decision-making responsibility.)
