Middle Data Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, cleaning, interpreting data to identify root causes of its quality issues and define business-driven metrics for ongoing monitoring, as well as analyzing data to build predictive models.

This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Collaborate with ML, Dev team and PO to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data metrics aligned with project objectives
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership and the team for informed decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Expert and Data Analyst
• Experience with data visualization best practices and report design
• Expertise in database management systems (SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.) and data integration
• Solid understanding of data analytics, data mining, and statistical analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics 
• Microsoft Azure Services for Data Analysts (DB, Data Factory, Data Lake)
• Python
• Ability to read EDIFACT messages
• Working experience on logistics projects
