Support manager (igaming)

A Support Agent (Support Operator) is a specialist who communicates directly with clients via chats and emails.

 

Main Purpose of the Role:

Providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction while using our platform.

 

Key Requirements:

Ability to learn quickly;

Strong PC user skills;

Fast and grammatically correct writing;

Willingness to help;

Customer focus and politeness;

Stress resistance;

Ability to work night shifts.

 

Work Conditions:

Standard schedule: 2/2 shifts, 12 hours each;

Fully remote work;

The agent must ensure a stable internet connection and have a PC that meets modern technical requirements.
