Сurrently expanding our HRM system project, which is now approaching its pre-release stage, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help define the next steps, shape the product, and scale it in the competitive SaaS market. At the same time, we are entering a new strategic phase focused on AI-driven product transformation and intelligent automation within the HRTech domain.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the product to launch and drive key business goals in the B2B SaaS space.
- Enhance the HRTech product by developing features, conducting market research, and refining user personas.
- Plan product roadmap development and implement market positioning strategies.
- Define the brand’s "Tone of Voice" to align with target audience expectations.
- Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize and accelerate product development processes.
- Work with development, UX, and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to communicate and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Track and analyze key product metrics such as ROI, adoption, retention, conversion rates, and marketing spend efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Expertise in SaaS & HRTech:
Experience: Hands-on experience managing HRTech solutions like HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, or employee engagement tools.
Strategic Growth: Ability to scale products from early stages to market dominance.
Strong Business Acumen:
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive research, and leveraging insights to shape product development.
Ability to evaluate the business impact of AI-driven process improvements.
AI in Product Operations & Development:
- Proven experience implementing AI tools to optimize product management and development workflows.
- Experience embedding AI into product discovery, delivery, analytics, or roadmap planning processes.
Practical experience driving AI adoption across cross-functional product teams.
Strategic Leadership Skills:
- Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindset to drive projects independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead organizational change related to AI adoption in product operations.

- Flexible Schedule: Full-time remote work (office hours: 9:00-20:00 Kyiv time, flexible start no later than 11:00). Hybrid mode is also available.
