Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with high-value players (high rollers).
• Provide personalized service, tailored offers, and VIP retention plans.
• Ensure fast, priority-level issue resolution and payouts.
• Maintain long-term player trust, loyalty, and gaming activity.
• Analyze VIP portfolio: deposits, wagering, behaviors, risk patterns.
• Collaborate with CRM, Risk, and Payments to optimize player experience.
Requirements
• 1–2 years in VIP, Account Management, or high-touch customer relations.
• Spanish - mandatory for LATAM or Spanish-speaking GEOs.
• English - B2+ mandatory.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of casino KPIs (GGR, Hold, RTP).
• Ability to remain calm and efficient with demanding clients
