GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Tech Services)

We are looking for a GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist who will design, build, and operate outbound growth systems that consistently generate qualified sales opportunities. This is a technical go-to-market role combining outbound strategy, automation, data research, and experimentation. You will work closely with sales and leadership to create scalable lead generation pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Build andoptimize outbound lead generation systems (LinkedIn, email, data-driven outreach)
  • Research target accounts and define ICP segments across priority industries
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns and messaging experiments
  • Set up and manage automation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn automation, CRM workflows, sequencing tools)
  • Create and maintain prospect databases and data enrichment pipelines
  • Collaborate with sales to improve targeting, qualification, and messaging
  • Track funnel metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates
  • Support event-based and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Document playbooks and scalable outbound processes

Requirements

  • 3+years of experience in lead generation, growth, GTM, or outbound operations in B2B tech
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels and ICP definition
  • Experience with sales automation and data tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to run experiments and interpret results
  • Strong written English for outbound messaging
  • Ability to work independently and iterate quickly
  • Structured and systems-oriented thinking

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or engineering consulting
  • Understanding of software development or technical domains (AI, Embedded, SaaS)
  • Experience building outbound infrastructure from scratch
  • Familiarity with scraping, enrichment APIs, or automation workflows
