GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Tech Services)
We are looking for a GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist who will design, build, and operate outbound growth systems that consistently generate qualified sales opportunities. This is a technical go-to-market role combining outbound strategy, automation, data research, and experimentation. You will work closely with sales and leadership to create scalable lead generation pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build andoptimize outbound lead generation systems (LinkedIn, email, data-driven outreach)
- Research target accounts and define ICP segments across priority industries
- Design and execute outbound campaigns and messaging experiments
- Set up and manage automation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn automation, CRM workflows, sequencing tools)
- Create and maintain prospect databases and data enrichment pipelines
- Collaborate with sales to improve targeting, qualification, and messaging
- Track funnel metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates
- Support event-based and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Document playbooks and scalable outbound processes
Requirements
- 3+years of experience in lead generation, growth, GTM, or outbound operations in B2B tech
- Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels and ICP definition
- Experience with sales automation and data tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to run experiments and interpret results
- Strong written English for outbound messaging
- Ability to work independently and iterate quickly
- Structured and systems-oriented thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or engineering consulting
- Understanding of software development or technical domains (AI, Embedded, SaaS)
- Experience building outbound infrastructure from scratch
- Familiarity with scraping, enrichment APIs, or automation workflows
