About the Company

International fintech project registered in the Czech Republic, operating in the crypto ↔ fiat exchange (B2C) space.
The company is building a secure and transparent service that allows retail clients to exchange cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies.

The project operates in preparation for MiCA regulation and follows EU AML/Compliance standards. All clients проходят mandatory KYC verification.

Customer Support Specialist
Location: Warsaw (office)

Responsibilities:
β€’ Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing system
β€’ Consult clients regarding deposits and crypto transactions
β€’ Support users during KYC verification process
β€’ Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely responses
β€’ Escalate complex cases to Finance / Compliance teams

Requirements:
β€’ Experience in customer support (fintech or e-commerce is a plus)
β€’ English B1–B2
β€’ Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrencies
β€’ Attention to detail
β€’ Ability to work according to procedures

Nice to have:
β€’ Experience in fintech or crypto
β€’ Experience working with customer service platforms
