About the Company
International fintech project registered in the Czech Republic, operating in the crypto β fiat exchange (B2C) space.
The company is building a secure and transparent service that allows retail clients to exchange cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies.
The project operates in preparation for MiCA regulation and follows EU AML/Compliance standards. All clients ΠΏΡΠΎΡ ΠΎΠ΄ΡΡ mandatory KYC verification.
Customer Support Specialist
Location: Warsaw (office)
Responsibilities:
β’ Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing system
β’ Consult clients regarding deposits and crypto transactions
β’ Support users during KYC verification process
β’ Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely responses
β’ Escalate complex cases to Finance / Compliance teams
Requirements:
β’ Experience in customer support (fintech or e-commerce is a plus)
β’ English B1βB2
β’ Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrencies
β’ Attention to detail
β’ Ability to work according to procedures
Nice to have:
β’ Experience in fintech or crypto
β’ Experience working with customer service platforms
