GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Strong Junior – Middle)

(Freelance / Part-time)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-performing visual creatives for our global digital products.

This is a freelance, project-based role with direct impact on marketing performance — perfect for someone who works fast, follows brand guidelines precisely, and understands the difference between “beautiful” and “effective”.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Create advertising creatives for performance campaigns (banners, carousels, covers)
• Adapt materials across multiple formats and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Prepare style frames and key visuals for motion designers
• Follow brand guidelines with zero deviations
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution (sizes, formats, exports, no technical errors)
• Self-check all deliverables before submission
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for future campaigns
• Organize and maintain clean file structure according to internal standards
• Actively use AI tools to generate backgrounds, textures, references, and concepts

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Up to 1 year (or 1+ year) of commercial design experience
• Strong Figma skills (Photoshop / Illustrator as additional experience)
• Experience creating paid social creatives (Facebook, Instagram)
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work strictly within brand guidelines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow
• Portfolio with real commercial projects

• English level A1+
• Ukrainian — Native

Nice to have:

• Experience in branding (brand identity development or support)
• Experience preparing print materials (CMYK, bleed, margins, print specs)
• Basic After Effects skills or experience preparing style frames for motion
