VIP Manager
We are seeking an experienced VIP Manager to join our rapidly growing iGaming platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high-value players through personalized communication, data-driven retention strategies, and creative promotional campaigns.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Direct communication with VIP users via messengers and outbound calls
- Analyzing player behavior and needs to personalize offers
- Creating promotional activities and special campaigns based on segmented player requirements
- Maintaining accurate offer-tracking documents
- Collaborating with CRM, Payments, Risk and Marketing teams on VIP campaigns
- Contributing insights to improve the VIP retention strategy and product
💬 Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ months of experience in iGaming, in roles related to retention and VIP support
- Proven experience in chats and outbound calls (phone + messenger communication)
- Strong understanding of VIP promo offer formation (deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, personal campaigns, promo activities)
- Confident user of Excel or Google Sheets for segmentation, analysis, offer tracking, and reporting
- English B2+
- Ability to work in a high-speed environment with continuous feedback loops
