Location: Spain (LATAM / Spanish-speaking GEO focus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with high-value players (high rollers)
  • Provide personalized service and tailored VIP retention plans
  • Ensure fast, priority-level issue resolution and payouts
  • Maintain long-term player trust, loyalty, and gaming activity
  • Analyze VIP portfolio: deposits, wagering, behaviors, and risk patterns
  • Collaborate with CRM, Risk, and Payments teams to optimize player experience

Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in VIP, Account Management, or high-touch customer relations
  • Spanish โ€” mandatory (for LATAM / Spanish-speaking GEOs)
  • English โ€” B2+ mandatory
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of casino KPIs (GGR, Hold, RTP)
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient while working with demanding clients
