Requirements:
♦️Have 6–10+ years in Amazon advertising, ideally with agency experience
♦️Managed large ad budgets (1M+ per month) and complex client accounts
♦️Experienced with DSP and Amazon PPC/AMC integration
♦️Comfortable working directly with founders and senior clients
♦️Enjoy building structure, standards, and teams, not just optimizing campaigns
♦️Think commercially beyond ACOS
♦️Want real responsibility, long-term influence, and business impact

Responsibilities:
🤝Client Ownership & Escalation
▫️Senior ownership of key client relationships
▫️Primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-impact situations
▫️Support Team Leads in balancing growth, profitability, and market defense
▫️Join high-stakes client calls to unblock decisions or reset expectations
▫️Represent a confident, strategic, senior presence for clients
📈Strategy & Best Practices
▫️Own Amazon advertising strategy framework across PPC and DSP
▫️Continuously improve approaches to profitability, ranking, market defense, and growth
▫️Set principles for campaign structure, experimentation, and budget allocation
▫️Translate data and insights into repeatable, scalable strategic approaches
▫️Move the organisation from reactive optimisation to principle-led execution
👥Team & Quality Leadership
▫️Lead and develop 3 Team Leads
▫️Maintain high strategic and execution quality across accounts
▫️Coach senior managers and challenge misaligned thinking
▫️Create clarity, consistency, and focus across the advertising organisation
