Digis is looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join a long-term project.

Our client is Belgian FinTech company developing a high-performance, low-latency machine learning ecosystem for the crypto market.
The platform analyzes real-time social signals (Twitter, Telegram, Reddit) and breaking news to predict market volatility and price movements.

Responsibilities
 

• Architect ML Systems: Build models to predict market moves using data from Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and blogs.
• Low-Latency Optimization: Maintain a strict 100ms pipeline from message receipt to trade execution.
• Advanced NLP: Implement event detection, aggregate news threads, and fine-tune LLMs as second-wave prediction models.
• Scalable Engineering: Scale detection processes and refactor APIs into robust microservices.

 Requirements
 

• Experience: 5+ years in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling (Python).
• Systems Skills: 1+ year of experience with low-level programming in C.
• NLP Focus: Strong background in Natural Language Processing and LLM fine-tuning.
• English: Sufficient for technical interviews and daily collaboration with the CTO.
