Learning and Development Manager/Specialist
We are seeking a driven and highly structured Learning & Development (L&D) professional to design, implement, and continuously improve our training and onboarding programs for the Customer Success department — covering both Support and VIP Sales teams.
This person will play a key role in building scalable training systems to support the monthly onboarding of new team members, ensuring that every cohort goes through a consistent, well-structured, and performance-driven learning journey.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Design and Own the Training Program:
Build a comprehensive 3-week onboarding&training program to different Customer Success roles (Support Agents, VIP Sales Managers, etc.).
• Develop Learning Materials:
Prepare full training decks, LMS content modules, written materials, knowledge checks, scenario-based simulations, and presentations for all key learning topics.
• Set Up LMS Environment:
Design and structure the content inside our Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access, intuitive flow, and progress tracking.
• Testing and Evaluation:
Create assessment tools to validate both theoretical knowledge and practical readiness — including quizzes, tests, and hands-on exercises.
• Design Internship & Gradual Access Flow:
Build a phased internship/trainee framework that progressively grants access to real operations in Support and VIP Sales based on test results, mentor feedback, and training progress.
• Optimize for Scale:
Develop a repeatable and scalable onboarding cycle that can be run monthly for new employee groups
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with team leads and department heads to align learning goals with business objectives and ongoing performance feedback
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
• Proven experience in L&D or Training within Customer Service / Customer Success environments
• Strong instructional design and presentation skills
• Experience creating LMS content and managing LMS platforms
• Strong organizational and mindset
• Native or fluent English (B2+)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working autonomously
• Experience in iGaming
