Talent Sourcer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer with 2+ years of experience to strengthen our hiring team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates, working closely with Recruiters to support business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, communication, and finding the right talent in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for tech roles (occasionally Senior).
• Work closely with Recruiters to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche platforms, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Write personalized outreach messages and conduct initial candidate touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS.
• Track basic sourcing metrics (response rate, pipeline status) and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Support candidate experience during early recruitment stages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Sourcer.
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience sourcing for tech and/or business roles.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to personalize outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics to evaluate market trends and optimize sourcing strategies 
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

• English level (B2).

   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. PeopleForce)
• Familiarity with X-ray search and niche sourcing platforms.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and tech market.
• Experience sourcing for international markets ( USA, Europe, Latam)
• Interest in sourcing automation tools or AI-based solutions.
