Head of Gaming

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Gaming Department to take full ownership of the gaming direction across several CIS-oriented casino projects.

This role is for someone who can negotiate, analyze, and make decisions, not just manage game content.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the casino game portfolio and lobby for CIS markets
• Negotiate with game providers and aggregators (commercial terms, discounts, promotions)
• Control RTP, margins, and provider invoices
• Onboard new relevant game providers
• Set tasks and manage the Gaming Department team

• Analyze game performance and prepare regular reports for management

   

✅ Requirements

• 🎯 3+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino
• 🤝 Proven experience negotiating and signing contracts with game providers
• 🎰 Strong understanding of slots and crash games for CIS markets
• 👥 Team management experience

• 📊 Strong analytical skills and confident work with spreadsheets

• 💰 Experience optimizing costs and improving provider terms
• 🧠 Experience working with multiple casino projects simultaneously
