Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building partnerships, negotiating cooperation terms, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners;
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with partners;
- Scale partnerships and elevate collaboration performance;
- Analyze traffic quality and monitor key performance metrics;
- Work with large volumes of data and performance indicators;
- Develop and implement new approaches to traffic scaling;
- Participate in industry-related online and offline events;
- Attend international conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct negotiations in English (B2+);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience in traffic quality analysis;
- Experience working with various traffic sources;
- Strong teamwork skills, high level of responsibility, stress resistance, and organizational abilities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows effectively;
- Understanding of marketing metrics and models such as CPA, CPC, CPL, RevShare, ROI, LTV, etc.;
- Experience working with Google Sheets and CRM systems;
- Previous participation in industry conferences;
Nice to Have
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills;
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
