Freelance IT Recruiter (Commission-Based) to $5000

You will help close roles such as:

  • SAR System Engineer — Berlin, Germany
  • Product Manager — Portugal
  • Backend Engineer — Canada

(More roles may be added over time.)


What you’ll do:

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and your own network
  • Run outreach, screening calls/messages, and candidate qualification
  • Present shortlists with clear summaries (skills, motivation, salary/comp expectations, notice period, relocation/visa readiness if relevant)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidates engaged through the process
  • Manage candidate pipeline and provide weekly updates
  • Ensure clean communication and a high-quality candidate experience


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience recruiting IT/Engineering profiles (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills (LinkedIn is a must)
  • Ability to evaluate technical fit at a recruiter level (stack, seniority, relevant domain experience)
  • Ability to evaluate English level
  • Reliability: fast feedback, good tracking, and transparent communication
  • Comfortable working commission-based and results-driven


Nice to have:

  • Experience hiring across Germany / Portugal / Canada / EU
  • Familiarity with embedded/radar/SAR domains (for the SAR System Engineer role)


Compensation (Bonuses):

  • €1,000 – €2,000 per successful hire (per closed vacancy)


Payment terms:

  • 50% paid after the candidate starts
  • 50% paid after passing probation (3 months)

(If a hire ends before probation, the second payment is not made.)
