A separate focus is Liquio, our AI-driven low-code platform for creating and scaling government services. Hundreds of services in Ukraine are built on Liquio, and today we are bringing this platform to international markets, helping other countries launch digital services quickly, securely, and in line with international standards.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to join our team. This role is responsible for the strategic positioning of Kitsoft and its products, brand development in Ukrainian and international markets, and transforming marketing into a function that directly influences sales, partnerships, and business growth.

 

Our future colleague will not just lead marketing efforts. They will be a strategist who shapes Kitsoft’s reputation as a reliable GovTech partner, builds trust in Liquio as a proven platform, and ensures consistent, clear, and strong communication across the company at all levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shapes and develops Liquio’s positioning as a battle-tested, secure, sovereign-ready GovTech platform.
  • Strengthens the perceived value of a platform-based approach compared to custom development.
  • Builds trust in Kitsoft as a long-term strategic partner for governments and institutions.
  • Implements and scales Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key customers.
  • Supports upsells through the Delivery → Relationship → Messaging → Incentive cycle.
  • Ensures clear and consistent articulation of “Why Kitsoft / Why Liquio” in commercial and tender proposals.
  • Systematizes and scales the company’s Ukrainian and international communications.
  • Develops and implements a multi-format content strategy (case studies, white papers, thought leadership, analytical market digests).
  • Develops the CEO’s personal brand as one of the company’s key voices.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with relevant GovTech media in priority regions (EU, Global South).
  • Launches positioning training for all customer-facing teams.
  • Creates and maintains a Presentation Kit and Messaging Guide.
  • Ensures coordinated strategic communication through the CEO and top management.
  • Maintains message consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Standardizes the structure of commercial and tender proposals with a strong strategic introduction.
  • Supports tender teams with positioning, differentiation, and a clear value proposition.
  • Ensures proactive and consistent communication throughout tender processes.
  • Implements a structured content calendar and systematic media monitoring.
  • Aligns marketing metrics with CRM, the sales funnel, and sales team goals.
  • Ensures key company messages are visible across AI-driven platforms and Google search results.

 

Professional Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (GovTech, SaaS, IT preferred)
  • Experience working with international markets
  • Proven experience implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Deep understanding of the connection between marketing, sales, partnerships, and procurement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in GovTech or with the public sector.
  • Experience scaling a brand in international markets.
  • Experience working with tender and procurement processes.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity, sovereign cloud, or critical infrastructure.

Interviews are conducted via Google Meet and consist of three stages:

  • Interview with a recruiter (60 minutes). We assess alignment with the company’s values, motivation, and basic professional competencies.
  • Management interview with the CHRO (60 minutes). Focuses on leadership skills, management approach, working with teams and processes, and cultural fit.
  • Strategic interview with the CEO (60 minutes). Covers strategic vision, the role of marketing in business development, expectations for the position, and long-term cooperation.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Probationary period — 3 months
  • Flexible work schedule, typically from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Office-based work (co-working space at 32/2 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh Street, Kyiv, Arsenalna metro station) or remote work; Kyiv is preferred, but there are no strict location requirements
  • 24 calendar days of vacation plus company public holidays (during wartime, four public holidays are designated: Easter, Defenders’ Day, Christmas, and New Year)
  • 5 sick days per year without a doctor’s note; with a doctor’s note, the number of days is unlimited
  • Support for training and professional development, including an individual development plan and compensation of 70% of the cost of external training
  • Additional support, including partial compensation for sports activities and psychological services, as well as financial support and three days off at important moments in life
