Senior Angles Strategist (Lead) / Creative Strategy Lead

We are looking for a Senior Angles Strategist (Lead) / Creative Strategy Lead who will own the creative R&D layer of our media buying structure.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, analytics, and operations. You will be responsible for generating winning creative angles, translating performance data into scalable hypotheses, and building a systematic creative pipeline that fuels both R&D and Scale teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Creative Strategy & Angles

• Develop new creative angles and hooks for different GEOs (Tier 1, LatAm, etc.)
• Formulate and test creative hypotheses based on user behavior and market specifics
• Create scripts and concepts for UGC, motion video creatives, and static ads
• Adapt creative approaches to different traffic sources (Facebook, TikTok, Google UAC)

Creative Operations

• Prepare clear briefs (TAs) for designers and video editors
• Act as a bridge between media buyers and creative teams
• Perform quality control (QC) of creatives before launch
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
• Implement AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and copywriting

Analytics & R&D

• Monitor spy tools (AdHeart, Facebook Ads Library, PiPiAds, TikTok Creative Center)
• Analyze creative performance together with media buyers
• Identify reasons for creative fatigue or low conversion
• Maintain a knowledge base of winning angles and approaches

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and onboard junior creatives
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 2+ years in iGaming (Gambling / Betting)
• Strong knowledge of Slots, Crash/Aviator, Live Casino, Betting
• Creative angles expertise (News, Success Stories, Direct, Emotional)
• Experience with spy tools (AdHeart, FB Library, PiPiAds)
• Copywriting & video scripting (AIDA, Hook → Body → CTA)
• Data-driven mindset (CTR, CR, Hook Rate)
• AI tools proficiency (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
• Fast ideation, stress-resistant, strong communication
• Ability to build scalable creative systems
• English B1/B2+
