Responsibilities
- Coordination of the company’s local operational processes in Mexico
- Representing the company’s interests locally
- Supporting HR processes (communication with candidates, organizing meetings, onboarding support)
- Monitoring the execution of operational tasks
- Preparing reports for management
- Handling administrative and organizational matters
Requirements
- High level of responsibility and self-organization
- Willingness to handle local offline tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish proficiency (B1 level or higher) — required
- Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency — required
