Professional Qualifications:
🔹 2+ years of experience in active recruiting
🔹 Excellent communication and networking skills
🔹 Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, ATS, and AI-powered search tools
🔹 Analytical mindset and genuine love for metrics & data
🔹 English at Intermediate+ level
🔹 Ability to work from our Warsaw office

Responsibilities:
🔸 Full-cycle recruiting — from understanding business needs to successful offer acceptance
🔸 Closing both technical and non-technical positions
🔸 Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and culture fit evaluation
🔸 Building employer brand through events, content, and community activities
🔸 Working with performance metrics and continuous improvement of hiring quality
