Business Development Manager โ€“ iGaming

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the iGaming industry

 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, brands, affiliate networks, and strategic partners

 

Lead commercial negotiations and close deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)

 

Expand existing partnerships and maximize revenue potential

 

Work closely with internal teams (Media Buying, Affiliate Managers, Operations) to align business and traffic strategies

 

Analyze performance metrics such as FTDs, CPA, LTV, retention, and GEO performance

 

Represent the company at international iGaming conferences and events (Sigma, SBC, ICE, etc.)

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in Business Development within the iGaming industry

 

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and monetization models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)

 

Fluent or near-native English (spoken and written) โ€” mandatory

 

Established network of contacts in the iGaming industry โ€” strong advantage

 

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

 

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 

Nice to Have:

 

Experience working with affiliate platforms (Affise, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, etc.)

 

Willingness to travel for conferences and partner meetings

 

Experience in international / remote teams
