Lead Marketing Manager
LKI Consulting is an award-winning marketing and design agency specializing in Web3. We are looking for a strategist and manager with hands-on experience who can take ownership of narrative, positioning, and campaign direction — working closely with marketing assistants who support execution.
What you’ll do ✨
📌 Strategy, Narrative & Positioning
◽️Shape project narratives and positioning across different stages of growth (pre-TGE, TGE, post-TGE).
◽️Turn complex Web3 products into clear, distinctive market messages.
◽️Define key narratives for tokens, products, and ecosystems.
📌 GTM, User Acquisition & Token Launches
◽️ Develop and oversee GTM strategies for testnets, mainnets, and token launches.
◽️ Align user acquisition strategies across content, community, KOLs, PR, and campaigns.
◽️ Lead token launch marketing: narratives, launch stages, campaigns for momentum, and post-launch retention.
◽️ Understand who we are attracting, why, and through which channels — no vanity metrics.
📌 Campaign Ownership & Management
◽️ Plan, structure, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
◽️ Prioritize timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for multiple stakeholders.
◽️ Coordinate marketing assistants who support execution — while you own the quality and direction.
◽️ Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, not just activity.
📌 Content
◽️ Delegate both long-form and short-form content:
— narrative and positioning documents,
— blog posts and thought leadership articles,
— media announcements and PR angles,
— campaign copy and social content.
◽️ Conduct independent research on blockchain topics and turn insights into high-impact messaging.
◽️ Write content yourself when quality or speed demands it.
💼 About you
✅ You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing team management — ideally at a marketing agency or on the client side.
✅ Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns is second nature to you, and you take pride in your project management skills to deliver them.
✅ You have the ability to research and learn quickly when a topic requires new knowledge and expertise.
✅ Proven experience in shaping product and market narratives, as well as clear positioning for different target audiences.
✅ Ability to manage Go-to-Market strategy from early users through testnet and mainnet stages.
✅ Deep understanding of user acquisition: funnels, incentive mechanics, and results-driven campaigns.
✅ Experience in planning or supporting token launches, including Launchpad, exchange listings, and post-launch activities.
✅ Ability to develop and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring message and channel consistency.
✅ Experience managing and mentoring marketing assistants with a focus on delegation, quality control, and guidance.
✅ Strong prioritization skills and the ability to focus on initiatives that drive real results.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple launches, deadlines, and dependencies.
✅ Budget management and client account management experience is a strong plus.
✅Of course, your written and spoken English is near-native, and you are able to write content independently when needed.
