Business Development / Sales Manager - iGaming and Gambling Affiliate

We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager ready to hustle in the iGaming space.

We're an affiliate operator and we want to sell FTDs to casino brands.

You’ll be joining our fully remote team, handling affiliate operations across multiple markets (European markets).

🎯 What You'll Actually Do

• Outreach affiliate partners (casino brands)
• Negotiate CPL/CPA/RevShare deals with real ROI in mind
• Own your KPIs: FTDs, conversion rates, revenue

👀 You’re the Right Fit If:

• At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate/Sales/Account/Business Development Manager positions in affiliate marketing or iGaming (gambling, betting).
• You’ve worked with affiliate platforms & trackers
• You can read between the numbers - and turn data into decisions
• You’re proactive, independent, and know how to sell to casinos
