Fulfillment / Manufacturing Expert (EU Focus)

We are looking for a Fulfillment / Manufacturing Expert to join our team and take ownership of supplier communication, production coordination, and operational efficiency.

This role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, 3PL, or e-commerce supply chain management.

You will work closely with product development and billing teams to ensure smooth production cycles, accurate cost calculations, and scalable logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Communication with manufacturers and suppliers
• Sourcing and evaluating new production partners (EU / UK priority)
• Market research and production cost analysis
• Overseeing the full production cycle
• Working with fulfillment and 3PL providers
• Coordinating with the product development team
• Collaborating with billing/finance on cost structure and margins
• Optimizing logistics and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience working with EU-based suppliers
• Understanding of cost calculation and margin structure
• Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in DTC / E-commerce
• Experience in private label production
• Background in supplements, cosmetics, or FMCG
• Experience launching new products from scratch
