Researcher for recruiter

Role Overview
Konexta Agency is scaling its recruitment delivery pipeline and is looking for a Researcher — IT Recruitment Assistant. This role is a core operational function focused on talent mapping, candidate sourcing, and market intelligence. You will work closely with recruiters, enabling faster and higher-quality hires for IT roles.
This position is execution-driven, data-oriented, and designed for someone who wants to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or talent strategist.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct proactive sourcing of IT candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, niche communities)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Perform CV screening and initial candidate qualification
• Map IT talent markets by role, location, and tech stack
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
• Prepare shortlists and candidate briefs for recruiters
• Support recruiters with ad-hoc research and competitor benchmarking
Requirements
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent research
• Understanding of basic IT roles, technologies, and tech stacks (or fast learner)
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search is a plus
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain accuracy
• Good written English; verbal English is a plus
• Self-managed, reliable, and deadline-oriented
Nice to Have
• Previous experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or Recruitment Assistant
• Experience working with ATS systems
• Background in HR, recruiting agencies, or tech projects
