HR Interview Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with people and conducting meaningful conversations with candidates.

In this role, you will focus primarily on conducting interviews, understanding candidates’ backgrounds and motivations, and supporting the coordination of interview processes with hiring teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in candidate assessment and stakeholder communication in a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured HR interviews with candidates across different roles and seniority levels
• Assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivations, and cultural fit
• Prepare interview notes and provide clear feedback to internal stakeholders
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Coordinate interview scheduling when needed and support candidates through next steps
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate documentation in internal systems

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or similar role
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and create a comfortable interview environment
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear processes
• English level — B2 or higher (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Experience conducting competency-based or structured interviews
• Experience working with international teams
• Familiarity with ATS or HR systems
