We’re scaling the 100FTD media buying team and looking for a strong Business Development Manager who understands how the spend model works, knows how to build strategic partnerships, and can negotiate top-tier deals with advertisers.

We’re a product-driven iGaming team with our own infrastructure, deep traffic expertise, and fast internal processes.
We focus on results β€” no unnecessary bureaucracy.

 

πŸš€ What you’ll be doing:

β€” Sourcing and onboarding direct advertisers (iGaming / Casino)
β€” Building partnerships based on Spend + CPA models
β€” Leading negotiations: rates, caps, exclusives, special terms
β€” Managing the full partner lifecycle β€” from first contact to scaling
β€” Working with existing advertisers: approvals, rate increases, scaling spend
β€” Close collaboration with the media buying team (all traffic sources)
β€” Analyzing offer performance and identifying growth opportunities

 

🎯 Who we’re looking for:

β€” Solid experience in the Gambling vertical
β€” Clear understanding of the spend model and media buying logic
β€” Strong negotiation skills and understanding of advertiser mindset
β€” Results-driven approach (not just process-focused)
β€” Experience working with direct advertisers and affiliate networks

βž• Nice to have:

β€” English level B2+ (daily communication)
β€” Experience attending iGaming conferences and strong networking in the niche
