About the Role

We are looking for an HR Assistant to work in direct partnership with the HR Generalist and support recruitment, operational HR processes, and internal HR initiatives. This is a hands-on role inside an already built HR framework with clear structure and growth potential.
 

Working Conditions

  • 100% remote work (stable internet, PC, and ability to work independently required);
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM EST time (15:00 — 23:00 Kyiv time);
  • Salary after the probation period starts from $1,000 and depends on the candidate’s level of professionalism. The final compensation may vary significantly and is discussed during the interview (base salary + KPI).
  • Probation period — 3 months;

Who We’re Looking For

Required

  • English — B1+ or higher (spoken communication is important)
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian (the company owner is not from Russia and actively supports Ukraine; part of the team is Russian-speaking)
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Experience with remote teams is a plus
  • Confident user of Google Docs & Google Sheets
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility
  • Structured thinking, attention to detail
  • Professional communication style, maturity, and reliability

Strong Plus

  • Participation in onboarding and adaptation processes
  • Desire to grow into a full HR Generalist role
     

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-cycle recruitment for frontline and field staff
  • Shared responsibility for hiring quality and timelines
  • Screening, interviews, candidate communication
  • Supporting hiring quality and timelines
  • Supporting employee time tracking
  • Managing vacation, sick leave, and day-off tracking
  • Supporting in onboarding and employee adaptation processes
  • Collecting and organizing employee documents
  • Maintaining employee database and staffing structure
  • Assisting in improving internal HR processes
  • Participation in HR projects
