Senior Tableau Developer, BI

We’re looking for a Senior Tableau Developer - Business Intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights and wants to directly influence business decisions through high-quality BI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, metrics, and analytical models
• Build and optimize Tableau data sources, extracts, and calculations
• Collaborate with data engineers on data models, pipelines, and performance tuning
• Ensure dashboard usability, scalability, and performance following BI best practices
• Own BI solutions end-to-end — from requirements gathering through delivery and adoption
• Diagnose data quality and performance issues, ensuring long-term reliability of analytics solutions
• Present insights to stakeholders and support decision-making through data storytelling

We Are Looking For

• A self-driven BI professional, comfortable working in a remote setup, with 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Tableau Desktop, Server, and/or Tableau Cloud
• Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of relational data modeling
• Experience working with data warehouses and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Strong understanding of dashboard performance optimization and Tableau best practices
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in both asynchronous and synchronous environments
• A strong ownership mentality, high attention to detail, and ability to connect data with business context
