Head of Product Marketing

Now we’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing, who will work at the intersection of product, analytics, and commercial performance. This role is focused on deep performance analysis, GEO strategy, and post-release optimization of our games.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B iGaming marketing, on the provider side.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of GGR, NGR, ARPU, RTP, retention, churn, ROI.
  • Experience working with operators and aggregators from a performance perspective.
  • Ability to analyze post-release data and translate it into actionable feedback for Product.
  • Experience working with multiple GEOs and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Proven ability to analyze post-release data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to allocate budget for marketing.
  • English Π’2+.

     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product team, providing deep post-release analytics and structured feedback on game performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of game releases, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for optimization.
  • Analyze performance across operators and aggregators, evaluating visibility, positioning, and scaling potential.
  • Prepare GEO-specific top-performing game lists and performance insights to guide release and portfolio strategy.
  • Direct and support Account teams with data-driven marketing actions and prioritization.
  • Calculate ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and commercial initiatives.
