Role overview
We are looking for a Chief Talent Architect to design and own our AI-driven hiring system. You will build the infrastructure that allows us to hire faster, smarter, and more predictably as we scale revenue and margin. This role exists to turn recruiting into a measurable growth engine, not a support function.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and implement an AI-driven sourcing and screening system that reduces manual recruiting work by 50–70%
Build automated talent pipelines using data enrichment, scraping, and structured outbound strategies
Develop predictive hiring models to reduce early attrition and culture mismatches
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to align workforce planning with revenue goals
Create a structured executive headhunting process for senior and revenue-critical roles
Establish hiring analytics tied to Time-to-Fill, quality of hire, and revenue impact
Build and maintain a forward-looking talent pool for key roles 1–2 quarters ahead
✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:
10+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent intelligence
Proven experience building AI-assisted sourcing or automation workflows
Strong understanding of data enrichment tools, scraping methods, and CRM/ATS systems
Experience hiring senior-level or revenue-driving roles in fast-growing tech, SaaS, or marketplace companies
Solid analytical mindset with experience tying hiring metrics to business performance
Comfortable working directly with founders and operating in high-accountability environments
English C1+ - used daily for communication with US-based stakeholders and candidates

Experience building an internal talent intelligence function from scratch
Hands-on experience with custom AI integrations or automation frameworks
Experience scaling hiring in US-based tech ecosystems
Background in marketplace or performance-driven business models
