Trainee Talent Sourcer (IT)

Lynksen is looking for a motivated Trainee Talent Sourcer to join our team and focus on sourcing specialists for international outstaff projects (UI/UX, 3D, Tech roles).

This position is focused on candidate search and outreach (no full recruitment cycle).
 

Requirements:
✦ Intermediate English (written & spoken)
✦ Completed recruitment courses (mandatory)
✦ Strong interest in IT recruitment and sourcing
✦ Understanding of IT roles (UI/UX, 3D, Developers)
✦ Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search)
✦ Experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou or other sourcing platforms — will be a plus
✦ Strong communication skills
✦ Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
 

Responsibilities:
✦ Search and identify candidates for outstaff projects
✦ Conduct outreach and initial communication with candidates
✦ Build and maintain talent pipelines
✦ Update and manage candidate data in ATS
✦ Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
