Google Hotel Ads / Hotel Metasearch specialist
Halalbooking is looking for a performance-driven specialist to take full ownership of Google Hotel Ads and other metasearch channels (Trivago, TripAdvisor, Kayak, etc.). This role is focused on ROI, scalability and commercial impact, not just campaign setup.
Key responsibilities
- Full management of Google Hotel Ads (CPC, CPA, commission models)
- Launching and optimising campaigns across hotel metasearch platforms
- Working closely with tech on feeds: pricing, availability, rate parity, match rate
- Monitoring profitability, CAC and ROI across different markets (GCC, UK, EU, etc.)
- Bid optimisation by market, device and audience segments
- Testing and scaling new bidding and growth strategies
- Analysing incrementality and channel cannibalisation (SEO, brand search, etc.)
- Ongoing competitor monitoring within metasearch auctions
Building clear, actionable reporting for decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Hotel Ads or hotel metasearch platforms
- Strong understanding of auction dynamics and bidding logic
- Proven experience managing performance budgets with ROI targets
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus)
- Solid understanding of OTA unit economics
- Technical confidence to work with feeds and coordinate with developers
Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Experience in travel or OTA
- Experience with GCC markets
- Experience with attribution and MMP tools
