The Role
We’re hiring 3-5 Native Ads Media Buyers to scale our paid acquisition. You’ll launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across native ad platforms including RevContent, Taboola, Outbrain, MediaGo and more.
You’ll partially work with proven funnels, established offers, and existing creative assets. Your focus: campaign optimization, scaling winners, testing new angles and audiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on native ad buying at $1,000+/day spend levels
- Proven profitable campaigns with measurable ROAS
- Experience with advertorial and presell page funnels
- Strong data analysis skills and fast optimization decisions
- E-commerce, fashion, health, or supplements experience preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Compensation
- Base: $1,500-4,000/month (experience dependent)
- Performance bonus: upwards of multiple 5 figures a month
- Scaling bonuses for growing profitable spend
- Realistic total: $5,000-10,000+/month, uncapped for top performers
