Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, close deals, and grow long-term partnerships. You will own the full client lifecycle and manage the accounts you bring in. We are a growing UI/UX design agency working with SaaS and digital product companies across the US and EU.
Experience
- At least 3 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience selling design or development services
- Experience in B2B sales and account management
- Experience working with international clients from US and EU markets
- Understanding of SaaS and product environment (design, development, or product)
- Ability to demonstrate proven and measurable results
Language
- Fluent English (at least C1 ) — must have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Soft skills
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Client-oriented mindset and high level of empathy
- Result-driven and well-organized
- Comfortable in conversations with founders and product teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: from discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing deals
→ account management - Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients
- Work with leads provided by our marketing team and work closely with the design team
to define the scope and proposals - Develop client accounts that you bring in: regular check-ins, feedback collection,
and identify upsell opportunities - Contribute to building our sales strategy and processes
