Business Development Manager
π Weβre growing and looking for a Business Development Manager (full-time, remote) who will be responsible for driving company revenue and expanding client partnerships.
In Sync is a product UX/UI design agency working with SaaS and digital products across the US and EU. We design user experiences that help products grow and improve business metrics. We collaborate with companies in HealthTech, MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and other industries. Among our clientsβ results: $25M+ in funding raised, 3Γ revenue growth within a year, and a $325M acquisition.
π Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery β proposal β negotiation β closing
- Build long-term client partnerships
- Grow accounts and drive upsell opportunities
- Contribute to sales strategy development and process optimization
π What we expect
- 2β3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT / agency services
- Proven full-cycle sales experience
- Experience working with US / EU clients
- Fluent English (comfortable leading sales calls)
