Slack Platform Architect

About the Role: Short-term contract, 2-3 months

One of our prospects is looking for a senior Slack Platform Architect to join their project team being formed at the moment. This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep experience with Slack at the platform level, combined with strong integration skills across Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Salesforce.

Required Skills

• Enterprise Design: Architecting Slack Enterprise Grid structures, including workspace strategies, channel governance, and data retention policies.
• Integration Strategy: Designing secure, event-driven integrations between Slack and core business systems like Salesforce, Google and Microsoft IDP.
• Automation Development: Building custom Slack apps, bots, and complex Workflow Builder solutions to automate routine business processes.
• Security & Compliance: Implementing enterprise-grade security controls, including SSO (Single Sign-On), SCIM provisioning, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Strong English communication skills and experience in a remote embedded team model

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or in telecom companies
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Python, or Java
• Experience with enterprise automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Based in Europe or overlapping European timezone hours
