As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, supporting HR processes on a global scale and ensuring alignment with company practices and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the department (300+ people), building strong partnerships with all department leaders and serving as the main point of contact for all people-related matters.
  • Drive strategic people partnership across the department by working closely with leadership on organizational health, and team effectiveness.
  • Monitor people trends, analytics, and retention indicators, proactively identifying risks and working with leaders on mitigation and stabilization actions.
  • Partner with managers on turbulent or high-risk accounts to ensure team stability, engagement, and low attrition.
  • Ensure full coverage and governance of all HR processes within the department’s structure, maintaining consistency and compliance with company practices.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of People Partners assigned to the department, providing guidance, prioritization, and quality oversight.
  • Collaborate with line managers on critical HR matters such as contractor performance, engagement, and retention, providing timely insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Consult and guide employees on career development, company policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors and proactively report on retention risks.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant HR or people-related experience, preferably within HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Highly developed listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making on people-related matters.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational situations and deliver balanced, effective solutions.
  • Proven experience working with HR analytics and people data, including the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business and people decisions.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights (e.g., retention, engagement, performance, workforce trends) to proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of digital tools, HRIS platforms, and dashboards, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with business acumen and a consultative partnership approach.
