Senior Project Manager Offline

Softsich is a fast-growing international product tech company. We are expanding our Project Management team and looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can manage multiple teams, drive delivery, work with risks, and continuously improve processes.

This role requires strong ownership, mature leadership, and hands-on experience working with product teams in a fast-paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage projects end-to-end — from initiation to release.
– Define timelines, plan milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
– Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies.
– Plan and balance team capacity and resources.
– Align expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
– Synchronize and coordinate multiple teams when needed.
– Work with project tracking and planning tools (Jira).
– Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.

It’s a match if you have:
– 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
– Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
– Hands-on experience with both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
– Strong understanding of different delivery approaches and the ability to choose the right one depending on project type.
– Experience scaling Scrum teams (e.g., Scrum of Scrums or similar frameworks).
– Proven experience in schedule and resource management.
– Strong stakeholder management skills.
– Solid understanding of the full SDLC.
